My name’s Gabriele (@GabrieleProni) and I’ve been managing remote teams for 7+ years.
In 2015, I co-founded Voxloud, the first business phone system that is up and running in 59 seconds.
During my journey, the giant telco companies created offices full of people to work on their products. They were hiring talents by offering attractive relocation packages. But I disagreed. I wanted to allow my teammates to live in the best place for them, not for us.
In 2018 we joined forces with a global company named Wildix. I had the chance to see the power of a multicultural team working in different locations. With their help, we hired our first teammate far from our office.
In a few months, we evolved to become a full-remote company.Â
I never looked back.Â
We now have colleagues from more than 15 countries. Everyone is happy to work from the place that loves most. We are now growing with new customers coming from big telcos with offices… without offices.
