It’s also important to recognize and implement the feedback received from your team members.
For example, if a team member suggests a change that makes sense, acknowledge their contribution and implement it.

4) Don’t speak out of turn

I have often spoken to CxOs who express opinions and/or judgments without evidence to base their theses.
There is no better thing to do if your goal is to accrue credibility 0 with whom you interact.
As we said before, a leader is constantly exposed to the judgment of those who listen to him. It is, therefore, vital to be sure of being able to motivate any reasoning with evidence, possibly numerical.
Note: This will not save you from making mistakes. Our job is to make mistakes until we do the right thing. It is essential, however, to make at least mistakes “with the criterion”
